How to organize a PDF

Upload your PDF and every page appears as a thumbnail. Use ↑/↓ to reorder a page, ↻ to rotate it 90°, or × to remove it. Removed pages are skipped when you save — nothing is deleted until you click "Save & Download PDF."

This is the tool to reach for when a scanner produced pages out of order, a contract needs its exhibits moved to the back, or a PDF has a couple of stray blank or duplicate pages mixed in — the kind of cleanup that's tedious to do by hand in most PDF readers. Because everything runs in your browser rather than on a server, there's no account, no daily cap, and no watermark on the result. A large PDF (hundreds of pages) will lean on your own device's memory to generate thumbnails rather than queue on someone else's server, so how comfortably it handles a big document depends more on your device than on any limit we impose.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

Can I undo removing a page?

Yes, until you save — removed pages are just skipped when the new PDF is built, so nothing is actually deleted until you click "Save & Download PDF."

Can I rotate individual pages instead of the whole PDF?

Yes — the ↻ button rotates each page 90° independently, so different pages can end up at different orientations.

Is there a limit on how many pages I can organize?

No hard limit is enforced, but very large PDFs (500+ pages) can get slow to render as thumbnails, since your browser is generating every one locally rather than a server doing it for you. On an older or low-memory device, expect the initial thumbnail pass to take noticeably longer for a huge document.

What happens to bookmarks or links inside the PDF when I reorder pages?

Internal links and bookmarks that point to a specific page still point to that same page after reordering — they follow the page itself, not its old position in the file. Deleting a page removes anything that pointed only to it.
